• Delivery is available worldwide.
• Shipping is flat rate. The fee to your location can be seen on the checkout page. Description of available services is below.
• All items are made and dispatched by Silas Perry and Perla Coronel from our workshop in Taoyuan City, Taiwan.

Available Shipping Options

USA

• Tracked Shipping (4-5 days). Trackable via USPS.
  • Most shipments will be sent via our US address in New Mexico. We also may send direct from Taiwan if our schedule requires. No import fees need to be paid by buyer for the time being. All shipments are delivered by USPS.

Canada

• Express Tracked Shipping (4-5 days). Trackable via Canada Post.
• Tracked Int’l Shipping (14-18 days). Trackable via Canada Post.

Australia

• EMS (4-5) days. Trackable via Australia Post.

Singapore

• Express Tracked Shipping (2-3 days). Trackable via Singapore Post.
• Int’l Tracked Shipping (6-8 days). Trackable via Singapore Post.

Europe

• Express Tracked Shipping (4-5 days). Trackable via your local Post’s website.
• Int’l Tracked Shipping (7-11 days). Trackable via your local Post’s website.*

*Int’l Tracked Shipping for Denmark and Spain are a little longer, at 13-16 days and 14-20 days, respectively.

Hong Kong, Macao, and Mainland China

SF Express (3 days). Trackable via SF Express.

Japan and Korea

• Express Tracked Shipping (2-3 days). Trackable via your local Post’s website.
• Int’l Tracked Shipping (6-8 days). Trackable via your local Post’s website.

Taiwan

• Registered Mail or SF Express (next business day).

Other Shipping Destinations

• Shipping is available worldwide via DHL Express.
• Express Tracked Shipping. Typically arrives within 5 days. 
• Int’l Tracked Shipping. Typically arrives within 7-11 days for Europe, 10 days for Asia, 30 days for Africa, 40 days for South America.

Returns

Ready-made items may be returned, unused in the original packaging assuming they were not personalized. 

Made to order or custom items may generally not be returned as they are made to your specifications. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us to resolve the issue.

Personalized items may not be returned.

If eligible, please make returns within 30 days of receiving item. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of item receipt.

What service is used to mail the items?

A Int’l and Express tracked shipping will be shipped via Taiwan Post. Delivery will completed by the postal service in your country. 

How is the item packaged?

Items are presented in a Leatherbound dust bag inside a gift box. The gift box is protected by a hard mailer box.

Will I have top pay import duties?
