- Shipping is flat rate. The fee to your location can be seen on the checkout page. Description of available services is below.
- All items are made and dispatched by Silas Perry and Perla Coronel from our workshop in Taoyuan City, Taiwan.
Available Shipping Options
USA
- EMS or USPS (4-5 days). Trackable via USPS.
- Most shipments will be sent via our US address in New Mexico. EMS shipments will be sent directly from us in Taiwan. No import fees need to be paid by buyer for the time being.
Canada
- FedEx (1-3 business days). Trackable via FedEx.
- EMS (4-5 days). Trackable via Canada Post.
- Registered Airmail (14-18 days). Trackable via Canada Post.
Australia
- FedEx Priority (2-5 business days). Trackable via FedEx.
- EMS (4-5) days. Trackable via Australia Post.
Singapore
- FedEx Priority (1-2 business days). Trackable via FedEx.
- EMS (2-3 days). Trackable via Singapore Post.
- Registered Airmail (6-8 days). Trackable via Singapore Post.
Europe
- FedEx Priority (2-5 business days). Trackable via FedEx.

*Registered airmail shipments for Denmark and Spain are a little longer, at 13-16 days and 14-20 days, respectively.

Returns
Ready-made items may be returned, unused in the original packaging assuming they were not personalized.
Made to order or custom items may generally not be returned as they are made to your specifications. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us to resolve the issue.
Personalized items may not be returned.
If eligible, please make returns within 30 days of receiving item. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of item receipt.
FAQ
What service is used to mail the items?
For registered airmail or EMS, items will be shipped via Taiwan Post. Delivery will completed by the postal service in your country. Tracking numbers start with “EG” and “LG”, for EMS and registered airmail shipments, respectively.
I haven’t received my item yet.
Local postal service or customs delays do happen from time to time, especially during the busy times of the year. For further information concerning delivery, please contact your local Post or the appropriate courier.
How is the item packaged?
Items are presented in a Leatherbound dust bag inside a gift box. The gift box is protected by a hard mailer box (or in the case of single item FedEx shipments, FedEx branded packaging is used).
Will I have top pay import duties?
Please check the policies of your country of residence.
